Course Description:
Thai massage is a dynamic system of bodywork that combines acupressure with joint movement and stretching. The Thai Massage techniques presented in this class focus on energizing and restoring balance to the lower back and associated areas in the torso and hips. Students will learn Table Thai protocols for treating lower back pain and dysfunction that results from chronic muscle tension and restricted movement patterns. Receiver remains clothed. No lubrication is used. Techniques can be integrated into any table massage session and used in sports massage type settings.  

SUPPLY LIST: 
Pen, notebook, fitted sheet, face rest cover, standard pillow with pillow case, blanket in case you get cold, wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in, bring water and snacks
